Staff do not speak English; however very accommodating; Rooms and amenities were clean; Breakfast is amazing, ample fruits, cereals, hot dishes, eggs to order, juices, pastries and bread; NO common area to get together to socialize or share goodies unless you are buying from the hotel; cannot use dinning rm or bar; Property is centrally located and very convenient, with a beautiful park right across it and a community centre right close by. We would stay there again

I would have given this Hotel 5 stars completely. The staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room was clean, neat and spacious. The breakfast buffet was insanely delicious - the best I have ever had at any hotel in my entire life. The building facilities worked very well. My only comments that prevent me from giving 5.0 stars was that they were renovating the hotel exterior (this was not a big inconvenience) and our bed was a bit stiff for my own personal taste. So 4.8 out of 5. And if you like sturdy beds, you may just give it a 4.9 yourself. Highly recommended.

The remote for the TV did not work well and it was taped at the back which means I was not the 1st one to have problems. I gave up trying to get the sticky keys to work. It is not the 1st time I have had problems with the remotes there. Time to get some new ones.
