"The hotel reception and dining room were very modern looking, however the room itself (we had a suite) was very dated and was not really set up for modern needs, e.g. there was only one accessible power socket in each room and it was located on the far side so phones had to be charged on the floor. "The hotel is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants in the old city and the old market hall with its many shops and restaurants is just across the street. The room and bed were comfortable and the shower was excellent. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a solo traveler or a couple especially for convenient access to the port and Buquebus (to Buenos Aires). "
