Nuestro mayordomo Juan Jalpay estuvo muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Él causó que nuestra estancia estuvo muy agradable, sin contratiempos, con mucho apoyo y facilitándonos todas las reservaciones y transporte por el hotel. Hace su trabajo con mucha dedicación y disponibilidad en cualquier momento del día, siempre amable, con buena actitud y sonrisa. El Wi-Fi estuvo intermitente en días de mucho viento y la señal se iba de repente. En los restaurantes se tardaron mucho para atendernos y traernos la comida explicando que son muchos huéspedes para el tamaño del restaurante y cocinas... Buena calidad del alcohol. Muchas opciones de hacer ejercicio. Nos divertimos mucho y no quisimos irnos! Nos encantaron estas vacaciones.
