Fantastic Stay!

The staff was not the best in english but with a translator i was better able to understand and my team and I had a wonderful time! The rooms are clean, spacious and the property is maintained daily. It was very easy to access and a comfortable space. Will be back again!

I’d like to start by complementing Daniel at Reception, he was excellent in every way and is an asset to the establishment. Room was very clean, but it was basic with minimal supplies. No wine glasses. The one and only light in the living did not work so I had to sit in the dining room. I wanted to read in bed and prop myself up with another pillow, there weren’t any. Overall I would not recommend staying here to my friends. Dane Human

Wonderful staff

The staff is wonderful. The accommodations are alright but infrastructure is poor, no comfortable furniture, no beaches at Punta Cana seven beaches, the other name is Bavaro Green is the same hotel.

The scenery is excellent for properties. The staff can be helpful but if they can’t sort things they tend to not be in the office and someone else’s has to deal with the Subject, using the reason “the other person is not here to deal with it”. They seem very cautious before they start smiling at you. Of course there is a barrier of language. The apartment wasn’t fixed before I arrived there ( the tap water had very low pressure) they fixed the tap after I arrived. If you persist on something they usually attend to the matter! Scenery was beautiful and very Calm and soothing; I tend to find calm is relaxing for tourists, but also Calm can be too relaxing if they are doing a job too slowly,

I will definitely be back in a couple of months Raquel the property manager is respectful, professional, and organized along with her staff to help maintain the property. If you’re not still on the resort, I would recommend staying at seven beaches Punta Cana hotel.

This property is great for local experience! I have been to all stars type places, and this place is great in my opinion. Grab supplies from a few blocks away for a week or month. What i paid for a week in January, I was more than happy.I probably could have tipped a bit more.
