"Mi dispiace dire che la struttura era sporchissima ,tra peli nel lavandino e doccia pieno di ragni e di tanta polvere .Era in una struttura fatiscente ,il proprietario è stato molto gentile ma non posso chiedere così tanti soldi per un posto del genere "

"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"
