The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting me whenever needed. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with earplugs thoughtfully provided. On the night before check-out, I even received a small gift and greeting letter, which was such a kind gesture. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future"
