Sea La Vie - Beachside 1 Bedroom Unit #6

Located in a secluded Beachside property, 500 ft from Long Bay Beach, and 5-minutes drive from Grace Bay Resorts and shops, this spacious 650 sqft private suite, with a livingroom plus kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and private patio, is located on the ground floor, roughly 30 yards from the pool, no pool view. it can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a queen size bed, and a queen size sofa bed.

A few minutes stroll through a beautiful sandy walk path, right next to the property, takes you straight to the beach, equipped with kayak and stand-up-paddle board. Portable beach chairs and shades are provided in a storage in the rear parking area.

There is a 4-bdr, a 2-bdr, three 1-bdr, and a Studio unit located on this gated property, that share the large common pool.

We highly recommend a rental car during your stay, from several car rental companies located at, or near the airport.

The final cost includes an added 27% fee applied to the nightly rate, consisting of 12% local hospitality tax, and a15% host fee.

Perfect beach getaway

We had a wonderful week at Sea la Vie! Super clean, gated, pool, outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrella! Host was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend a car and staying here. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and lovely!

Perfect location for solitude

This is the perfect spot for those looking for somewhere away from the crowds. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. The beach was very quiet and although windier than the other beaches was still very pleasant. A rental car is a must but well worth it.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a 5 minute walk to a beautiful quiet beach. They have beach chairs and umbrellas for the guests to use. There is also a lovely quiet pool on premises that we took advantage of after our time on the beach. My family kite boarded and I enjoyed quiet time reading on the beach. Wonderful vacation

Nice Stay

Stayed 2 weeks. Perfect for our goals to wing foil and sail. Unit was great but could be a little better equipped with kitchen supplies, ie knives, glass ware, etc. Also, fresh sheets, towels etc would have been appreciated after a week. Awesome pool !

Great Longbay Location!

Excellent location on Long Bay! Quick access to the beach right across the street. Very quiet location which is excellent to relax at after exploring the island. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Condo units very clean and well equipped, cooler available to pack drinks and lunch for the trips to the beach. Laundry room available so don't overpack when you can run a quick load through mid-week. Will definitely choose this location again.

Island Paradise

My wife and I can’t explain enough how much we enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. Majid was more than helpful with checking in and making sure we didn’t need anything. Not only was he easily available to get into contact with, but we saw him every day as he was on the beach partaking in water activities just like we were. This Island was beautiful and I would recommend anyone who is interested in going to stay here.

Nice and Quiet

Nice and Quiet place to settle after days of exploring. Definitely need a car if you plan to explore. Appreciated the outdoor showers very much after time at the beach. Easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Place

We had an amazing stay at this property. From day one we felt at home and at peace. The area is quiet and the beach close by felt private and secluded. Majid is a responsive host who stopped by to say hello and made us feel welcomed with his hospitality. Supermarket and Grace Bay beach were close by and an 8 mins drive. We would definitely return and plan to spend more time in this beautiful paradise.

Great Stay

Our Family spent almost a week at Sea La Vie and everything was great. The space was overall comfortable and pretty much has the basics that you need. The location requires a car to get around but overall convenient and close enough to everything that it wasn't a hassle. If you plan to cook, you'll need to prepare more -- the grill was helpful. Lots of other things (beach chairs, shade, PFD, laundry, etc.) are provided too. Definitely recommend!

Quiet Location Close to the Beach

It was nice and quiet at the rental. The rental was clean on the inside. The pictures on the listing are definitely dated as the outdoor pool area was rough looking and lots of cracks/breakage in the concrete around the pool and on the stairs of the pool that were sharp. They had hooks outside to hang the towels but only 2 and we had four towels to hang up. Plus when it rained they got wet. The rental slept 4 but we only had two chairs on the porch so that made it difficult to sit outside. Light bulb was out in the bathroom. Stayed for 5 days and the air conditioning never put the temp in the unit down below 78.

Excellent and Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie on our first trip to Turks and Caicos. It is located about 10 minutes from Grace Bay area and about a 6 minute walk to Long Bay beach. It was extremely clean and well cared for, and quiet. It is a gated property so it requires a code to enter which made us feel safe. We had everything we needed! They provide beach towels, beach chairs, and even kayak and paddle board are available to use as well. The owner was very quick to respond when we had a small issue with the AC. If i were to be picky, the only thing i would say is that some of the dishes need to be replaced because they are chipped, but that comes from normal wear and tear of things. Overall, we felt comfortable and safe and would recommend this property.

Great location for Kitsurfer

The two of us stayed for two weeks at Sea la Vie Majid was a good host responsive if we had questions and very helpful. The appartment was as shown in the photos, very clean, the kitchen well equiped and the property well maintained. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioners did a grat job in keeping the appartment cool. The beach access is close by. We rented the appartment since we wanted to go kite surfing, the beach close to the appartment would have been great for advanced kiters but since one of us was still a beginner we chose to drive up to the beach close to the Shore Club which had nearby parking as well. You need to have a car on this island go get around, we rented ours at Sixt and were super happy with everything. The island is small and all the restaurants and goceries stores are within a 15min drive. We would definitely book this appartment again.
