Sea Esta Studio I - Walk to the #1 Ranked Beach!

Turks and Caicos can be an expensive place to take a vacation, and no one likes to pinch pennies while on vacation. Staying with us at La Vista Azul Resort allows for safe, clean and affordable accommodations, so your money can be well spent on experiences and food throughout the island.

Our prices reflect the small studio size of this condo.

Sea Esta Studio I is a centrally located studio condo at La Vista Azul Resort, and is the perfect balance of value and location. It is walking distance to 3 of the more popular restaurants on the island as well as the top snorkelling location -- Smith's Reef. Guests will often see turtles, angel fish, and spotted eagle rays in this area. The closest beach access is walking distance and is at the West end of the #1 ranked beach in the world - Grace Bay Beach. Central Grace Bay is <10 min drive.

Two pools (one heated and one adults only) are on the upper level (accessible by 5 sets of stairs) with STUNNING panoramic ocean views. A small jacuzzi/hot tub is also available and located between the 2 pools.

Our room has a queen size bed and we have the option for a queen size air mattress at an additional cost for a 3rd guest if necessary. There is a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a small storage space behind the bathroom door where we keep the beach towels, small cooler, beach chairs, and snorkel gear.

If you choose to dine in, our mini kitchenette includes all your basic needs - refrigerator, induction cook top, complete dining set for 2, pots, pans, and small appliances (toaster and coffee maker). However, there is no formal dining area to sit.

Our photos are accurate in showing every angle of our studio, and not meant to mislead in any way. However, one guest felt mislead by the photos and thought the space looked larger in the photos than it really is. The room is about 300 sqft.

If you are looking for a lot of space to spread out and plan to spend most of your vacation indoors, then our charming condo is likely not for you.

Everything you need!

We had a great experience staying at this property. It was more affordable than other options we researched but had everything we needed. While the property was not in the heart of Grace Bay, we actually liked that, as it was quieter and less busy but still had some great/fun restaurants and bars within walking distance and was close enough to the main area of Grace Bay when we wanted to go there. Additionally, although it isn't on the beach, there are a lot of public beach access areas around the island, including some within walking distance of the property so it was very easy to get to and spend time on the beach when we wanted to and there is a nice pool at the property with a great view of the ocean! Lastly, the property hosts were very responsive to any and all questions we had. All in all, we had a great stay at this property and recommend it to others!

Safe, Cozy Studio

Enjoyed my stay in this cozy studio in Turtle Cove. The owner (Mark; I didn’t have to contact his wife during my stay, though her number was also available) was responsive and helpful when I had questions during my time there. Kitchenette was great for buying a few groceries/storing leftovers to budget for meals. As a short gal, I would’ve appreciated having a small stepstool to reach some of the higher cupboard areas, but anyone taller than 5’5” probably wouldn’t need one. A small folding table also would’ve been nice as a makeshift desk/table for eating meals in the room, but again, not totally necessary if you plan to go out to eat for most meals. Location was great - within walking distance of several restaurants (one right at the front of the resort property for a quick bite) and public beach access. Quiet location/property overall, with two pools with views of Grace Bay.

Great get-away

Mark is a perfect host - very responsive. Studio condo was well appointed. Appreciated all the extra amenities - snorkel masks, beach towels, cooler, portable table / chairs, island map, recommendations, etc. We used the property’s pools, hot tub and loungers. We liked that it was a quiet area and that we could walk to the beach and restaurants. A great get-away.
