The Villa Wyakha 1 BR Garden unit is a spacious and modern suite nestled amidst Provo's breathtaking nature. It offers a peaceful and private atmosphere, close to nature, and is just steps away from the pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. A short one-minute stroll along our property's path will lead you to the beach. Located on the first floor, this suite includes a large covered balcony adorned with comfortable lounge seating, both indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a BBQ grill. The layout is versatile, allowing the living room to be transformed into a second bedroom if desired.

Payment Information:
* We charge 50% upon booking.
* The other 50% balance is due 60 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot, minus a $200 admin fee. If we can't rebook your unit we will work with you to reschedule at a date that works for us both in mid or low-season (May 01 to Dec 15 – Excluding Holidays).

Notes: VRBO does not offer in their normal cancellation policies our flexible offering. We are offering a 100% refund if we can rerent your unit minus a $200 cancellation fee.
