Overall a nice stay. Had everything we needed, appreciated the a/c in the bedrooms given the 113 degree temperature. Great location, away from busy roads, but close to beach only 2 minute walk to the beautiful water. Property manager's were delightful.

Great location in Leeward and 5 min walk to Pelican Beach. Beds were comfortable. Very private gated property. Photos of the inside are from another time. Living area furniture could use some updating. Kitchen could use my new dishes

Our comments echo those of other recent happy guests. The location, the pool area, property manager communication and furnishings were all as advertised and done very well. Hummingbird to us has the feel of a well equipped upscale beach house. We hope to return in the near future.

We had a fantastic stay at the home and it was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids, 6 and 4). The pool was so nice after a day at the beach and kids really enjoyed it. Lots of amenities at the property, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Easy access to the highway and all of the beautiful beaches. Highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful House

We had a great time at Hummingbird Villa! The house was very clean and comfortable. We worked remotely on 2 of our days there and the WiFi worked very well with no issues. The pool was a nice, cool break from the heat and we were very grateful for the umbrellas outside as well.

Wonderful Neighborhood & Great Pool!

This home is located in a lovely neighborhood and residential setting. We felt very safe here. It was an easy walk to a beautiful beach and a short car ride to Grace Bay for restaurants and such. Our kids loved the pool, which was much bigger in person than it looks in the photos. The house is very spacious and very well set-up for beach life. We felt very lucky to have found this gem to stay in.

Hummingbird Villa stay

Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Owners truly have thought of just about every detail from beach chairs to scuba gear. We spent a lot of time at the beaches and we were truly grateful for the plethora of towels available to us. The kitchen was functional, the pool was great. The only gripe we had was that the main living area was not air conditioned.

Great location

The house offered everything you might need for a vacation. Pool is terrific, all the amenities you might need, clean and very comfortable. But the best feature is the location. Probably one of the finest areas on the island that isn't directly on the water. Very close to the beach but also close enough to Grace Bay. Overall package made for a wonderful vacation. We'll be back!

Wow! Its our 4th time here, because we LOVE it!

Everything about this place is perfect for us! The house has everything anyone could possibly need! The pool is delightful and I can swim laps every morning! Location is quiet and safe, plus it is easy to go anywhere from here! Best of all - we LOVE the caretaker, Mario! He is absolutely wonderful and so helpful if needed! I really hope we can return here, because we feel like we are coming "home" when we get to this familiar & special place! Thanks again for everything!!

Communication with property owners and managers was fantastic! Location could not have been better private beach just down the street! Comfortable but lack of AC in living room was a little tough but the listing was clear about that so not their fault at all. Loved the pool and house was well equipped and clean. Provo portion of longer stay in T&C

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood toward the east end of Provo. Only two of us, but plenty of space for several more. Everything you would need was supplied. Nice pool and screened in porch. Definitely would consider again.
