Luxury 3-Bed Condo in Leeward! 5 minute walk to the beach

Diamond 2 - newly purchased, fully renovated 3- bed, 3-bath penthouse is located in a small development in the exclusive, gated Leeward community. Our condo is close enough to all the activities, restaurants, and shopping of Grace Bay yet distant enough to enjoy the privacy and relaxation of our beautiful island. This stylish place is perfect for families or a group of friends ready to make fantastic new memories.
Diamond 2 is located just short walk from the flawless white sand and sparkling turquoise waters of Grace Bay Beach.
This spacious 3-bed, 3-bath split level condo has everything you need to feel like at home. Tastefully designed with an open concept style living/dining area and a large terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, each one with an en-suite bathroom:
- spacious master bedroom with the king sized bed and large terrace
- spacious guests bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds
- guest bedroom 2 is much smaller, a queen bed just fits in. The dimensions of this room is 5 ft. 5 in wide and 13 ft. 6 in long. This bedroom is located on the second level and is ideal for children or young couples.
Queen sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an extra guest.
Diamond 2 is a non-smoking split level condo that can accommodate up to 7 guests. Guests can enjoy beautiful pool with a BBQ area and lush gardens of the complex. We will provide beach chairs and towels for our guest to take to the beach.
Please note: this is not a resort.
Car rental is strongly recommended.
Price quoted is for the party of 6. Additional charge applies for the 7th guest.

Beautiful Place

Had an amazing time with the family! The place is super clean, spacious and in a very safe neighborhood with security. The owner Mark was wonderful and took his time explaining everything to us. Do not hesitate to book this place. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Modern condo with all the things we needed and plenty of room for our whole family. It was easy to check in and Mark communicated quickly and gave suggestions for tours. Wi-Fi worked well and there were beach chairs for us to use. I recommend a car to easily access all that Provo has to offer.

Family Vaca for 25th wedding anniversary

Great place for family! Mark is great. Pool area awesome. Grills are nice to grill dinners on. Don't waste your money on a hotel,Mark has the hook up!

Five of us were very comfortable. Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds. Great washer dryer. Enjoyed using beach chairs and beach towels. Safe and plenty of parking. Minutes from beautiful beaches with public access.

Comfortable Home

2 story condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Could walk to two nice beaches - Leeward and Pelican - and felt comfortable and safe walking all around Leeward. Beach towels and chairs were a must for us and there were plenty. The small third bedroom provided plenty of space. Good suggestions from the host were helpful as well. Would stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for!

This was minutes from town, minutes to the beach, minutes to groceries, etc. And Mark lives on the island so he was accessible at any time and super attentive! We have never had a better welcome from an owner-usually they don't live anywhere close to the rental! His suggestions were spot on! He went above and beyond and this helps make a great experience! And the condo is very spacious and met our needs wonderfully.

Great place to stay!

Very nice and new remodel of a property. Very well appointed and comfortable condo in a great location. Mark was an awesome host and provide everything we needed. Highly recommended.

First time in Turks and Caicos

The best part about renting this property was dealing with the host Mark and Kiki. They were so helpful with introducing us to the island and giving us such great suggestions for eating and shopping and water activities.

The property was even better than the photos and description. Spacious condo, spotless, beautifully appointed. Host was incredible from the start to checkout. Short walk to Grace bay beach. 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets! We hope to return in the future!

Amazing Condo, exceeded expectations!

Mark’s condo was a dream. It made our trip to TCI even better than we expected. It is completely renovated (very well done) and was spotless. Plenty of space for us (family of four with young kids) and my parents. The balconies were great and the pool was just what we needed after mornings at the nearby beaches. The location is fantastic! We rented cars to explore the island further afoot but Leeward beach is within walking distance. Several good restaurants a few minutes drive away. Mark’s communication was remarkable and he went the extra mile to accommodate us for a few extra hours on checkout day. We highly recommend Mark’s condo and would stay again in a heartbeat.
