The nearest airport is Providenciales International Airport (PLS), located approximately 10–15 minutes from the property by car (about 3.5–4.5 miles / 5.5–7 km).

We recommend renting a car or arranging a taxi in advance for a smooth journey to and from the property.

Grace Bay's beaches, restaurants, and shops are about a 10-minute drive away, and a major supermarket is close by. Rideshare and taxi services are also available on Providenciales for guests who prefer not to drive.

Please note that our property is located in a natural, country setting where you may occasionally encounter local wildlife or insects, such as ants, beetles, flies, bees, hornets, scorpions, and other native bugs. While we have regular professional pest control and maintain high cleanliness standards, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding!

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 9 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Security cameras: Exterior security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes (none inside the unit).
- Pool safety: There is no lifeguard on duty, and diving is not permitted. Children should be supervised at all times while using the pool.
- Pool temperature: The pool is not heated, so water temperature will vary with the season.
- Quiet hours: Please be mindful of neighbors between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events are permitted. A $300 penalty applies for smoking violations.
