The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next.

The hotel staff was very delightful. The hotel gate was down before we were able to come back at night. The night bar only consist of chips and light snacks. There is no transportation to and from the airport but is between other sister hotels. The hotel was very secluded but nice! Food is delicious!

I have been there 6 times. Unfortunately, this stay had issues with Air Conditioning in the room for my family members from the 1st day until the 4th which disrupted my 61st Birthday because they had to live out of suit case and did not know if they would have to go to another Hotel. One of the staff members also mentioned that since they booked with Expedia, and not directly with the Hotel they had no choice if the Air Conditioning was not fixed. After several attempts the Air Conditioner was fixed by the 4th day. My Husband and I also had leaking in our Bathroom 1 day due to another Air Conditioning issue. The “Beach House” has had great reviews from me over my past 5 times which I believe has helped their business. Being a loyal customer was not appreciated by the Hotels Office Manager. I would like to say, that the Staff continues to be "Outstanding" and the food is always good.

Amazing boutique experience! Loved this little hotel, wonderful staff and service, worth every penny. I would have liked a slightly more diverse menu and more local foods, but the restaurants all had very good quality food. Also may I suggest a bit higher count on the bed sheets?

My girlfriend and I had a great time at this resort! It only has about 20 rooms so the attention given to the guests was amazing. Each room is given its own beach chairs so there is no need to rush in the morning to get one. The food at this resort is better that the other two sister resorts, Alexandra and Blue Haven. The staff were very friendly and caring as well! A special mention to Gloria, Wellington, Lisendi, Yiery, Sly, Kobe and Dio!! All great people who work hard for the guest. We will be back for sure!

Beach House Bliss

The Beach House is unique. A handful of rooms, with names only (no numbers), on the most beautiful beach, with assigned beach chairs (!), 2 great restaurants, gorgeous, spacious and private suites, impeccable service, what else to add. Six days of pure bliss. Thank you!

I felt like we chose the best resort on Grace Bay! It was private, quiet, and luxurious! The staff were incredible. They remembered our names and they were available at all times for anything we needed or wanted! The resort was clean, the restaurants were delicious, our room was huge, and the view from our balcony was perfection. Each room has it's own set of chairs on the beach so you don't have to worry about finding a place to lounge for the day. This place pampered us to the max.

What a beautiful place to stay! From the amazing meals we shared to the beautiful beach and pools to our gorgeous room. I must say the waiters and beach staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed to be content! Great place to vacation!

Our 5-night stay could not have been any better. Beautiful beachfront resort, great staff. Meals were great but some folks on a longer stay might want more variety. Beach service by Jimmy and the rest of the hard-working crew was fantastic.

Just spent the best week at the Beach House. Loved the boutique all-inclusive feel. We got to know the staff very well throughout our stay, and they took great care of us. It was fun to see the same people throughout the week and felt much more personal than a big resort. From the welcome tour and cocktail, to the huge room w/fully stocked fridge everyday, the fun drinks and food variety (can also eat at the sister resorts), the reserved beach chairs everyday...I could go on! Every detail was considered and we really appreciated it. Thanks again to all of the wonderful staff! We hope to be back! I’ve seen many reviews complaining about slow service, and yes, it was slow, but not terrible. Everyone is on “island time” and once you embrace it, you’ll appreciate it. Vacation is supposed to be relaxing after all!

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better vacation! The staff is amazing and the property itself is so serene, quiet, and peaceful which is exactly what we are looking for. It is SO nice having your own chairs that are the same each day, as well as the food and drink service on the beach to your chairs. We felt spoiled with the Coral Reef just a few steps down the beach!
