This home was built for entertainment and all-day enjoyment of the natural beauty and serenity Turks and Caicos exudes with its expansive outdoor living. Enjoy a tranquil float in the *HEATED POOL* 🔥, or play a game of splash basketball 🏀 or volleyball. This large pool also features a sitting area where you can have a drink and watch your favorite sports or shows on the OUTDOOR 65” 4k TV 📺( no glass on pool decks or near pool please). Sapodilla beach is perfect for all ages! The beach path comes out to a very quiet side of the beach typically with very few visitors and a shallow entry which is perfect for children. If you’re looking for a bit more activity you can walk to the other side of the beach where you can be waited on by beach side vendor or grab a quick drink and food. We provide everything you need for a great beach day and INCLUDE PADDLE BOARDS 🏄 which are great for the crystal clear calm waters of Sapodilla Bay, a floating water island, snorkeling 🤿 masks, sand toys 🛕, beach chairs, beach umbrella 🏖️, and wagon all at no extra cost. We do have the option of adding on Jet Ski or 4 wheeling rentals for additional cost. After a long day at the beach you can rinse in the outdoor shower and relax in the hammock, or enjoy the fire pit and unwind. Head to the upper deck to catch the most stunning sunsets 🌅 Providenciales has to offer.

Walk into the main floor foyer with 30’ ceilings boasting 3 levels of floor to ceiling windows. Head straight for the pool or enter one of 3 main level bedrooms including the en-suite master. The master bedroom was thoughtfully designed with huge custom walk in shower including seating, double vanity sinks, walk in closet including bolted floor safe, private pocket door toilet, and large sleeping quarters with top of the line Thuma King sized bed. Access the pool deck straight from the master bedroom to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon dip. The second main level bedroom also boasts a king sized bed and twin trundle bed. The king bed can also be converted into 2 xl twin beds if needed. This bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows with exit to pool deck and closet. The third main level bedroom has a queen sized bed with Full xtra long bunk on top( same length as queen bed) and twin trundle below and closet. There is an additional full bathroom on the main floor with custom tiled walk in shower and for your convincing a separate laundry room with extra large capacity washer and dryer. Every bedroom has its own air conditioner with independent controls.

On the second floor there is an additional bedroom with a queen size bed with a twin trundle, and full bathroom with tiled shower. An amazing, sun drenched, custom fully equipped kitchen which features a center island with seating and both indoor and outdoor dining tables with deck that includes a built in grill and hand wash. Enter the plush living room with top of the line furnishings, a pull out sofa for additional sleeping, and a second seating deck overlooking the pool. Entertainment includes Smart TVs in both kitchen and living room, high speed internet, and full cable television with over 120 channels.

Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests in beds ( 3 king beds( 2 of the king beds can be split into 2 xl twins) , 1queen beds, 1 xl full bed, and 3 twin trundle beds) with additional sleeping of pull out sofa bed, pack and play, and foldable floor mattress there are plentiful sleeping options amongst four bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements are as follows. Master bedroom- King bed & twin trundle, 2nd bedroom King bed ( can be split into 2 xl twins) with twin trundle, 3rd bed room queen bed on bottom bunk, full XL bunk on top, Twin trundle. 4th bedroom King bed( can be split into 2 twin XL). Pull out sofa in living room and full size floor mattress.

*Pool is heated to 8O* Fahrenheit at all times. If you’d like additional pool heating is $50/per day for entire stay up to 90* please let us know if you would like heat turned off as well for a cooler pool temperature.

We have a great quiet location that’s easy to get to all Providenciales has to offer. For kite boarding enthusiasts we are a 20 minute
drive to Long bay beach where you can experience lots of water sports including horse back riding with Provo Ponies. We are less than 20 minutes drive to the premier 18-hole championship gold course of Royal
Turks and Caicos Golf Club, 5 minute drive to Taylor bay Beach, 15 minutes to the heart of famous Grace Bay Beach.
