The condo is perfect! Close to everything, restaurants, bars and shopping. We didn’t need to rent a car. Comes with everything you need including beach chairs, towels and even a cooler for the beach! The kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake. The condo was very clean and quiet. The pool was lovely! We had a bbq by the pool. Can’t say enough about this place. We will definitely be going back.

This place was such a vibe! The bed was super comfy, everything was spotless, and the host answered questions I had. The location couldn’t be better close to great restaurants, shops, and all the fun spots….It had this cozy, relaxing feel that made it easy to unwind, but still close enough to all the action. Honestly, I loved my stay here and would 100% come back again.

Anniversary trip

The property's location was ideal. The condo was impeccably clean, and its proximity to attractions eliminated the need for a rental car. I recommend securing excursions upon arrival, as availability is often limited. All amenities listed on the website were provided. I would gladly book with them again.

Absolutely loved staying at the property. Right in the heart of grace bay next to all the shops and dining. Place is small but has everything you need. My only complaint is that the bed is uncomfortable, but this would not deter me from staying here again. Would recommend staying here!

Great place to stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom condo. The walk to Grace Bay beach was super easy, and it was nice to use the provided chairs and cooler. The location to shopping and restaurants was ideal and it was great to have the kitchenette for packing picnic lunches as we explored the island. Mattress was firm but comfortable. Thumbs up!

Great spot!

Right on the main part of grace bay road and the beach is extremely close. Beach chairs and umbrellas were easy to access and we used them every day. The place was spacious and comfortable with AC to cool off in the afternoon with. We hope to stay again!

Wonderful condo!

We had a great stay at Carpe Diem, the condo is exactly as described and was just what we needed. No need for a car, it’s walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Chloe is a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any questions. She also was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags at the building after checkout as we had a later flight. We enjoyed the area and would happily return to Carpe Diem!

Lovely apartment in great location

Lovely apartment with good facilities. The small complex also had a very nice pool with loungers and a well-equipped bbq. Great to have the gated parking and to be able to explore the whole island easily from the location. Beach and nightlife was only a few minutes walk but location was quiet and secure. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. Would stay there again.

Perfect little getaway spot!

Amazing experience. Booking process was instant and smooth. Host was easily available to message. The property is located right in the heart of Grace Bay. Location was perfect. Stayed with my teenage daughter condo is perfect size for 2. Washer and dryer available in the basement at no extra cost which was convenient. Would highly recommend this place for your trip to Provo.

Top location for a cozy stay.

Cute condo with all of the things you need for your stay. It was in a perfect location that was easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Owner provided beach gear (chairs and a cooler) which was nice to use on our beach days. Condo complex is small and quiet - perfect for relaxing. Only downfall is that this condo doesn't have an attached balcony big enough to sit on. But there was plenty of space and chairs at the pool area to take your coffee or afternoon snacks. Worth the money just for the location alone.

Wonderful location

This condo is the perfect place to stay, especially for people like me who don’t want to rent a car. Everything I needed was in a short walking distance. The beach is gorgeous and just a short walk to get to the catamarans that took us out for snorkeling and a sunset champagne cruise around Grace Bay. Chloe is a great communicator and the condo had everything I needed for a great vacation. Traveling alone, safety is a concern so I was very pleased to see that the police station was right across the street and walk-in medical clinic was just around the corner. I highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Very pleased with location….able to walk to beach in 5 minutes….several dining facilities within 5 minutes….groceries a 10-15 minute walk. People living there that we met were extremely friendly. Grounds very well maintained. Of VRBO’s we have stayed at this was by far the cleanest. Only recommendation is to provide a couple more hand towels and better washcloths….but that was minor and would not deter us from coming again

Magnificent Villa

We have stayed at the Carpe Diem Villa for the lat 4 years in Turks and Caicos. The Villa is always top notch. Very Clean, Very Comfortable. We come back year after year. Chloe is a great host. Always responds to your questions and needs when asked. We look forward to staying at Carpe Diem again next year.

We loved our stay at this property....so convenient to the beautiful beach. Great to have beach chairs available and also laundry facilities.Great complex to be in in the centre of cafes, shops etc.Can't say enough about TCI - absolutely gorgeous!Not sure who to blame for the lack of being able ,to correspond with the owner, Chloe, or VRBO itself, while at the property and also upon returning home.Does the owner also own the adjoining locked off part of the property? That is what I was trying to inquire about for perhaps another visit.A very nice property - thanks

Conveniently located near everything.

The condo is adorable.We did not rent a vehicle, you don't need one. We were able to set up snorkeling excursions, parasailing, sunset cruise right off of the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping within feet of leaving the condo. There were beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler stored in the basement along with a washer and dryer. We would def suggest this to anyone traveling to Turks and Caicos.

Perfect Solo Stay in Provo

This sweet little 1BR apt is perfectly located. 3 min fromn the most beautiful beach. Within walking distance to great restaurants and cute shops. Across the street from a puppy rescue where you can take them for AM walks. Near several spas and a great (albeit expensive) grocery store. Felt very safe walking around by myself at night. The condo community is gated at night. Others have commented that it was uncomfortable, but I found it be firm and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the condo was exactly as advertised. It was directly across the street from Salt mills plaza. Tow casinos within .3 and. 5 mile. One of the best islands/ countries I have been too. Suggestions: - dinner at indigo - dinner at vita at the rock house - lunch at the farm - Lunch at the terrace at grace bay - Aliza restaurant n lounge - sheisha lounge - marine room (looked nice) - almond tree -
