  • The Grandview is located in an exclusive enclave of only 18 private residences overlooking beautiful Grace Bay -- 'best beach in the Caribbean' (Conde Naste). This fabulous two-level oceanfront penthouse condominium offers discriminating guests three bedrooms and three full baths.
    The upper level encompasses the entire floor and features a master bedroom with king-size bed, flat screen TV, spacious and sunny master bath suite with extra-large shower, and his and her vanities.
    The lower level contains a second master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bath. Both bedrooms offer stunning views of Grace Bay. The third bedroom also has a king size bed and there is a full bathroom right next to it.
    You will also enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen with all up-to-date appliances including a wine fridge and a washer and dryer. The dining/living area leads to a spacious private balcony where one can enjoy mesmerizing views of Grace Bay's crystal-clear turquoise waters and the pristine pool and hot tub area.
