About this property
1 br 1ba Ocean Front Condo with amazing Sunrises
Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo beautiful ocean view at the beautiful and pristine Northwest Point Resort. The beauty of this resort is the tranquility and privacy you feel from the moment you arrive. It's well removed from the crowds of Grace Bay but only a short car ride to all the major attractions. The resort is situated on a fifteen acre tract of land located adjacent to the National Marine Park and Nature Preserve, a 15 minute drive from the Providenciales International Airport , grocery stores, and restaurants in Grace Bay. From the moment you arrive at Northwest Point Resort you can sense the feeling of seclusion. You will often be the only ones on the beach or at the pool. There is a great feeling of privacy but it's not for everyone. While you can be in the action and crowds at Grace Bay, Miramar is for those who want to escape all the crowds and enjoy the beauty of the island. The beach in either direction is a great nature walk where there is little chance of seeing anyone else.
Miramar is a one bedroom, one bath, third floor Ocean front unit. It's been fully renovated to maximize the comfort and views for the guest. A large balcony to take advantage of the breathtaking views. Additional housekeeping is available on a per request basis at a reasonable rate. Northwest Point Resort is located at the end of Millenium Highway just past Blue Hills. A car is recommended as you need it to explore the entire island and the array of local attractions.

The hotel environment was very nice, and the accommodations were good. However, when we were checking out, I thought we could leave at 12:00.
At 11:30, someone came and knocked very hard on the door, speaking loudly and with a very rude attitude, saying that we had to leave the hotel at 11:00. This made me feel a bit uncomfortable. In fact, he could have politely informed us that it was time to check out. I was already preparing to check out and leave at that time.

If you are looking for a quiet, private beachfront resort with a lovely pool and quaint on site restaurant, this fits the bill. We walked the beautiful beach for more than a mile and only saw 6 people. Great place to get away for a quiet, peaceful vacation. Beautiful sunset view. Loved it!
North West Point is one of my favorite places, peace and natural beauty abound, bordering a national park a morning walk to the point is a must. The property is extremely well kept. It might seem a little out of the way and off the beaten path, but that’s a big plus in my book.
Beautiful place with long beach for exploring. Great place to relax. A car is necessary. Restaurant in the resort was closed all week. Kitchen utensils could be better. We could not get the dishwasher to work despite using the manual.
My husband and I spent 5 nights in February at this condo. We chose this one because of the full size kitchen, beach front access, large pool and hot tub. It was very private and located on the north end which we enjoyed because of the privacy and seclusion and we rented a car. We like to explore islands on our own and this was a perfect place to relax at night. The hot tub and pool was never crowded and we made good use of both. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The beach front offered loungers with permanent cabanas which was nice. We made good use of the kitchen for breakfast and snacks daily. We did not utilize the restaurant but saw it was open for Valentine’s Day and over the weekend. I left some cash behind and the cleaner must be the most honest person because it was returned! Thank you for everything!
We absolutely loved the property, pool area was clean and beautiful. We got exactly what we wanted, the feeling that there is no one else but you on the beach. We came in april for 4 days and the place felt pretty empty which was what we wanted. The ocean was about 78 degrees which was a little chilli for us and the wind was blowing 20-30 mph. The air temp was 80 degrees so it wasnt that balmy weather that u want to cool of in the ocean. There was also a lot of seaweed in front of the condos so we walked about 10 minutes to the left to swim which was no big deal for us.. if you are in search of salitude than this is the place. There is a restaurant on the premises opened certain time of the year..which is nice., but the conch shack is like 12 minutes down the road with an awesome menu! 25-30 minutes to the center of the resort strip on the Grace bay. We booked the excursions via Viator...they have an awesome costumer support. 4 hr snorkeling catamaran was worth it. We will definitely return!
Overall the room was comfortable and had all the features needed. We stayed in a 1 bedroom flat, had a full kitchen, keurig coffee maker that we being morning coffee lovers appreciated, we brought our own k-cups from home. Small balcony. Air conditioner worked great. My only issue was I ran out of hot water every time I showered. So, 2 people definitely could not take back to back showers. I didn’t say anything about it, just showered faster.
Being on the North side of the island it was quiet. We left everyday to experience the different beaches. The beach at this resort wasn’t as nice as Grace Bay or Malcom’s Road Beach mostly because there is a significant amount of sea grass on the beach and in the water.
The room was clean! Also, the management provided a beach bag and beach towels for our use.
The island is Beautiful!! Loved our time here.

We met the landlord “Kathy” a couple of times, she is very nice and welcoming.

Wonderful Secluded Resort!
We had a wonderful time staying here and look forward to coming back next year.
The condo was everything it was said to be and more. The owner was great to work with and the staff at the resort were all so nice.
Love the location the pool the restaurant etc etc.
Would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay away from the tourist end of the island.
Love the accommodations and relaxing at the Miramar villa. Hiking the seashore in the National Park offered amazing views. Hal was quick to answer any of our needs since this was our first visit to TCI.

Great condo. great location!
Hal's condo is everything you see in the pictures and more. We had a wonderful week in Turks and Caicos. Onsite staff was very pleasant and professional. Eddy's fish tacos are awesome. Can't wait to visit Turks and Caicos again.
Everything was exactly as described. Fantastic spot, a little off the beaten track - but amazing value because of that. Super safe and no issues driving back into town for dinner and then back out to Northwest Point afterwards. Thanks Hal!
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was great, we enjoyed the balcony for meals and relaxing. The few issues we had , TV and lock were handled quickly. Chef Eddy made great conch chowder. Wish the pool were heated as the weather was a bit windy and cool. Lovely spot.
Location is remote, that’s what we like. Complex has everything you need, condo is well appointed. Even the kitchen knives are sharp! Hal was easy to work with. It was a great and relaxing week.
Wonderful beautiful and secluded beach retreat. A windy secluded beach on a lovely part of the island , pool, hot tub and 730 am donation based yoga by a wonderful woman Kathy were the highlights of our stay. When we return we will bring a larger suitcase with
More essentials (such as toilet paper) since items on the island are a bit expensive. Thanks so much for the great stay and recommendations on beaches and restaurants. It was wonderful. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Hal describes the property exactly as it is. Northwest point is a beautiful location.
Northwest Point is secluded and a very nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. We prefer it this way, we explored all of the Northwest Point and Bonefish Point. Hal provides a very modern setting with pretty much anything you would need.
Thanks again Hal!

The unit itself is in excellent condition. The complex is in a lovely spot right on the ocean. there is even a bar/Rest.The pool was only heated for part of our stay. The water pressure in the unit was very low. The low point of the property is the un lite gravel road that you have to follow to get to the complex.
This was our first time to the Turks and Caicos. We loved staying at Northwest point resort. You will need to rent a car but the island is small so you can drive the distance of the entire island in approximately 30 minutes. The resort was a quiet relaxing stay outside of the busy town. There was one night we had the entire pool to ourselves. The restaurant/Bar closed during Covid and has not reopened. You will need to stop at a local grocery store. There are several options available. We would stay here again!
This property has everything needed for a quiet vacation. If you are looking for the busy night life this is not the property for you.
We loved the quiet atmosphere at this property. The pool was beautiful with plenty of chairs and locations around the pool.
The beach was nice did have sea grass come in on the last day. Only complaint was there ate not enough chairs and umbrellas at the beach. People will leave towels and otems out for days in order to save a spot.
You will need a rental car for this location. We loved exploring the island.

Tranquil retreat.
My husband and I were wanting a peaceful get away, away from The hustle and bustle of life, and this place is nothing short of that. From the gorgeous sunrises, to the breathinkingly beautiful sunsets, the great drinks at the bar, beautiful pool area, and serene beaches- this place is truly nothing short of paradise. The owner is very helpful and made sure we had directions anywhere and everywhere on the island, as well as some personal suggestions to some of the best restaurants we've ever eaten at. Hal also makes sure you literally just have to bring yourself, the condo is decorated remarkably and everything is there when you arrive. We cannot wait to go back. Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

True paradise
We're of family of 3 (child age 11), and we were delighted with our recent stay at Miramar. The beach at Northwest Point was absolutely gorgeous and uncrowded, perfect for walking, relaxing with a book, or watching the sunrise. Our daughter loved the pool. The condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had obviously been recently updated, and it's clear the owner has paid attention to all the details. The view from the balcony looks out toward the beach over undeveloped land adjacent to the building - it was like having our own villa. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were happy to have the option to have a few meals in, alongside the great meals we had Providenciales' many restaurants. Bottom line, we're ready to go back tomorrow!

Needed to reboot
T&C is a beautiful and easy island to vacation and this condo was the perfect place to do it. The location couldn't have been better. We had the beach to ourselves and very few people at the pool and the ones there were very nice. The water was so clear and the perfect temperature to walk right in. We found lots of pretty seashells walking along the beach. The condo kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and snacks. We went out for dinners because they have amazing restaurants all over the island. We loved the view and sunsets. The Condo is a very comfortable and nicely furnished place to stay. This location is ideal for an adult getaway for someone looking for peace and relaxation. Sandals resort would be better for families looking for a lot of kids with a kids club ( Although we did see some sweet and cute kids having fun at this condo resort.)
The stay in Turks and Caicos was awesome. The location was great for a relaxing vacation as it is on the north point of Providenciales. Yet, only 20 minutes or so to anything making it a great location to do anything. The condo was very nice and well equipped. The pool was awesome and the beach just a short 2 minute walk and right next to the pool. Grace Bay and Long Bay a short drive away too. The host was awesome and answered any questions we had. Note: suggest a rental car if you plan to leave the property or just in general. The last three to four miles to the property is on an cement, rocky, sandy road. Bumpy road but easy to navigate and well maintained. The onsite restaurant is only seasonal (opens in April). Get some groceries at the local IGA and spend some quality, relaxing time at the resort. The resort beach is nice and has water sports gear, but seaweed is present. For water activities, I suggest driving to Grace Bay or Long Bay. Long Bay is super cool and not crowded at all. We didn’t make it to Taylor Bay, but Enders t and it is wonderful too. Great vacation.

Wonderful Place!
My friend and I stayed at Marimar at Northwest Point and it was just lovely! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Northwest Point is away from the crowds and tourists and is a place to enjoy nature which is beautiful and pristine there. The beach went on for miles in either direction and there were never many other people around. I was often the only person in the pool, and on the beach there was usually only 5-12 other people I could see and other times no one else would be on the beach. The few other people we met at Northwest Point were friendly and like minded and we enjoyed talking with them. The Apartment we rented was very comfortable and we enjoyed the view from our porch overlooking the nature preserve and the ocean. It was a perfect place to enjoy our morning tea and coffee. We rented a car and it was easy to see and do other things on the island, but it was so nice where we were that we spend the majority of our time there. Hal, the owner was very nice and even helped us link up our electronic stuff when we first arrived and lent us his electric tea pot for our stay. Overall, just wonderful!
