"Stayed for one night and my room was clean"

"Room wasn’t ready at check in and there was a lobby full of people waiting for their rooms past 4pm. Attempted to order room service for breakfast and was told “there is 1 server and they are really busy can you call back in 45 minutes?” For the price of the room, we were not happy with our stay."

"Overall it was fine. This hotel does allow loitering of a large amount of people in the lobby and outside. A bus there to pick up said people almost backed into my car there. Busses should be told to park across the street. The shower was not very clean but everything else was very clean. There are better locations in the area. "

"The room I was initially assigned was noticeably unclean and had an odor. The furniture (particularly the loveseat) was dirty and worn. When I reported my dissatisfaction with the room, the staff was receptive and gracious. I was transferred to another room that was satisfactory. The room amenities were limited— although there was a fridge, it was without a portable microwave. A microwave was available in the hall which was inconvenient. Overall, the staff was friendly and hospitable."
