"I received the wrong room. A handicap room with one king bed for 5 people, when I've reserved a room with 1 king bed and a sofa bed. Luckily, they gave us another room with two queen bed for the 5 of us. But in reality those beds didnt look like queen more like a full size. It was pretty uncomfortable to sleep three people in a full size mattress. The room in general was clean. The breakfast was not the best, they can do better. Every morning was the same food. Plus, they can get an extra toasted machine."

"Room clean. Bed comfortable. Housekeeping came only once during our stay which was a bit weird. Our safe was already locked when we arrived and it was reported, but not fixed. Breakfast was silly most days with low supplies of everything. Elevators are lightening fast. Snack bar downstairs, but very expensive. It is about a 12-15 minute walk to nearest Metro Station. "
