Appartement bien placé , au calme tout en restant proche de Propriano. Tres bien équipé et fonctionnel. Tout petit bémol : un petit kit de dépannage ( sel, poivre, quelques pastilles lave vaisselle et sacs poubelle...) serait le bienvenu. Plomberie un peu capricieuse mais rien de très gênant . Appartement très bien situé. Environnement calme et une petite plage à 2min très appréciée et environ 15 min à pied du centre ville. Hôtes disponibles et très serviables. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Le petit bémol : le débit d'eau ( mais nous avions été prevenus) et un mini stock de produits de base pourraient être mis à disposition (ex: sel, poivre et huile..).

Calme et beauté

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans la propriété de Marie, qui est une hôte très accueillante et de bon conseil. Nous étions au calme, tout près d'une petite plage (5 à 7 min à pied) avec peu de monde et de quoi nager avec palmes et masque. Le haut de villa est très bien conçu, très agréable à vivre et avec une jolie vue vers la mer pour nos repas... Nous recommandons ! Et nous reviendrons !

Bellissimo appartamento completo di tutto. Posizione tranquilla in zona di pregio con ampio posteggio, comodo per esplorare le stupende spiagge dei dintorni. Accoglienza e disponibilità dei proprietari. Unico neo per il bagno l'assenza del bidet e la presenza di un po di odore alcuni giorni. Ci ritornerei.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé et situé dans un environnement calme un peu à l'écart du centre-ville. Belle terrasse et vue agréable sur le port et la mer. Plage à 10min à pieds. La famille Paoletti sont des hôtes très gentils et généreux. C'etait une belle rencontre !

Nach einer sehr netten Begrüßung ( auf französisch mit Hilfe von Armen und Beinen), haben wie eine sehr schönen Wohnung vorgefunden. In dieser Wohnung, die komplett ausgestattet ist, sehr hell und nicht verlebt ist hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Von hier lässt sich gut der südliche Teil korsikas erkunden und abends von der Terrasse aus die Sonne über dem Meer beobachten, bis sie untergeht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hin zurück und das nicht zuletzt wegen der netten korsischen Vermieter. Unser Tip für Propriano.

Die großzügige und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt - der Ort Propriano ebenfalls gut zu Fuß in knapp 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles wunderbar!

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 15 Fußminuten vom Zentrum Proprianos entfernt, abseits der Hauptstraße. Sie liegt im 1. Stock, das Erdgeschoss ist vermietet. Die Adresse war etwas schwer zu finden. Es handelt sich um eine recht große Wohnung mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, von denen wir nur eins genutzt haben. Der Wohnbereich und die Küche sind umfassend eingerichtet, wirken allerdings etwas steril, da kaum Dekoration vorhanden ist. Der große Wohnküchenbereich hat an der Längsseite 2 große Fenstertüren, die auf den Balkon führen. Sowohl die Wohnküche, als auch der Balkon sind vom Haus der Vermieter aus gut einsehbar. Es gibt Vorhänge, diese sind allerdings so beschaffen, daß sie kein Licht durchlassen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin gestaltet sich sehr einfach und freundlich; die Familie wohnt im nächsten Haus, in deren Hof befindet sich auch die Parkmöglichkeit. Unsere Erwartungen hat die Wohnung voll erfüllt und wir würden sie wieder wählen.
