"I was a bit disappointed with my room this year. There was a dead bug in a dresser drawer, the couch had a dirty spot where someone's head stained it, the carpet was scruffy and the curtains were old and stained. room service was non existent and when I called, I was hung up on three times, didn't get to actually place an order, and while the coffee was eventually delivered to my room, it was with a side of snark. I only asked for what was advertised on the magnet on my room fridge! Housekeeping was non existent I asked and they never showed up, and when they did, they didn't wipe down the bathroom, coffee area was filthy and not restocked and counter was sticky. A piece of old pizza was left in the microwave! Awful, also no trash bags or toilet paper. The coffee bar in the lobby was empty often and the outdoor seating area was under construction, which was not made know in advance and one reason I wanted to stay there. I've had a $20 credit for the Bistro b4 but that wasn't the case this time, I have stayed before and I truly love the beach access. It is much easier than some other hotels that have higher dunes to travel up it. It's in a great location and the view is amazing but for the price I paid for 6 days I shouldn't have to clean and constantly ask for coffee refills! Also pool was locked before 10 pm and our card didn't work. My teen asked a guest to open it and he was a jerk, didn't want to open the door, even though he saw the key then talked about us openly!!"

"Breakfast was good, staff are wonderful. Loved our view. Exterior of building could use some work but the rooms were nice. Bathrooms are small. Would definitely recommend. We would love to stay again. "

"Rented was not clean at all. Condoms left from previous renters. Signs left again from previous renters. Old food crackers and cereal under furniture. Dust galore. When sun shines threw the dirty windows its very noticeable. Its a beautiful home and we had a great time BUT THE RENTAL MANAGEMENT needs to do a much better job maintaining this rental."

"Very clean and centrally located in KDH. Comfortable space, kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the porch and outdoor space are very nice. Dogs loved the backyard access from the patio and Amber and Brett were very responsive and welcoming!"

"It was great! Plenty of room and then some. Clean. It is showing some wear. For example: one closet door was off hinges, kitchen cabinet door was broken, one of the ocean front rooms had damage that was in the middle of bing fixed (just dry wall no paint), sliding doors to the outside are pretty rough and hard to open and close. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating indoors and outside. Sofas and chairs are nice. The game room and extra tv room down stairs are great. "
