"Very friendly staff, room was very clean & beds exceptionally comfortable.
We had a couple of meals in the restaurant, these were of the highest quality and thoroughly enjoyed!
The breakfasts were also high quality food served by pleasant staff.
It was a pleasure to stay there plus enjoyed meeting the 3 dogs!

" Good location on the edge of town, convenient for the buses along the North Norfolk coast. Short walk into the town. Ample car parking on the street or in the yard. Room was not overlarge but was clean and had everything needed and the decor was good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Continental type breakfast ample and varied. Altogether, a very positive experience and we would be happy to book again when we come to Sheringham."

"We had a lovely time at this property, ideally located - just minutes to the beach or the town with off road parking. Easy check in. Area was quiet,the house had lovely views of the sea. Very spacious with comfortable beds and lovely fresh bedding. I was concerned after seeing previous reviews about cleanliness but we found it to be very clean just need a bit of refreshing in some areas which probably gets done in low season.Nice to have enclosed garden for dog. Our only moan would be cleanliness of cutlery,plates, saucepans etc, had to wash some items before use but that’s probably down to previous guests. Overall we loved this accommodation and would definitely stay here again. "
