"We love the location of this cottage, right by the sea and close to all amenities. Its a 2 minute walk to pubs and 5 minutes from the main street. Nothing much has changed of late and it is perhaps ready for a little update in parts. There is plenty of free parking around Sheringham so this has never been a problem. I am sure we will visit again"

"We moved the table from the middle of the lounge back into the kitchen area but was no hassle The property was lovely and clean apart from the wooden floor downstairs it had been swept but not washed and was extremely dirty Prefer location to everything in Sheringham and the local buses were very cheap and we travelled to other villages The food in the restaurants was good as well as the take aways If you love charity shops you will be in heaven We had a lovely time over the week and the beach was great for the dog."

"Great location for a week with the grandkids. You can just change into your swimwear and head to the beach and then pop back for lunch etc. Be aware that the windows facing the sea get dirty very quickly due to salt spray with every tide, so I used an extendable cleaner that I found in the apartment to clean them every day, early before the coffee shop underneath opened for business. Sam the housekeeper was super helpful and the kids loved the air hockey/pool table. We moved the mattress from one twin room into the other twin, as we had 3 boys and one girl, which there was just enough space for. We parked at the Public car park behind the apartment which was £46 for the week. It was a short walk to multiple fish and chip shops for chips on the beach !!"

"Having stayed many times at gul view, never disappointed.The comfy flat has everything you need for your holiday, close to all Sheringhams lovely beaches and attractions, with the benefit of your own parking. Highly recommend."

"This was our seventh visit to The Flints so we must like it. Brilliant location and parking. Three negative points as mentioned before, Needs a walk in shower as the bath is too deep for older people.Needs wi fi. also needs more comfortable lounge chairs."
