The property was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the pictures online painted a different picture for where the rooms were located on the property. The rooms were beautiful but they were located off the main property which we weren’t aware of. Also the main restaurant was closed during our stay, which we weren’t informed of and that was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay at the property.

The room is spacious, well designed and supplies creamers, coffee, water and pops for their guests. The bed and linens are luxurious. The staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to ensure your stay is wonderful. The restaurant and cafe are both very good and tasty and the location is perfect for visiting The County.

Loved the location, style and friendliness of the staff. Very helpful, accommodation and easy to communicate with. Only one little note which I don’t like to mention helpful hints. The floors in the room needed a good wash. Other than that everything was top notch and such a lovely experience. Thank you so much.

Great location! Access to fitness centre, pool, and restaurants. The room was new and beautifully decorated. If you get a harbour view, ask to be further east of the parking lot, so you’re not overlooking the parking lot in front of the harbour.

Excellent weekend stay at the Claramount Club! Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time relaxing in the lounge, and going to the gym and pool. Each day we had breakfast at their restaurant Foundry, and grabbed a coffee at the small bakery Pecish - service and quality was superb. Staff was top notch and allowed us to check out a bit later. We will be back again soon when the weather is nice.

Had a great stay at Claramount club! The hotel was really central to all Prince Edward County has to offer. The room was well decorated. The amenities were awesome - I loved that the gym had so many different equipment. The live music at the restaurant, the Foundry was also really enjoyable.

The staff was great. When I checked in Taylor and Noelle were wonderful and provided helpful information. I had wanted to try the restaurant for dinner but it was booked for an event. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time since we stayed one night to try the amenities. The superior room with balcony was very good. Next time we would like to stay longer to enjoy the view, and try the restaurant. After our trip, we had to call the hotel to check our room, and Taylor was great and helped us. Thank you to Taylor again. We hope we can visit again soon, Shainoor
