"This was a beautiful classic property in the center of the city and the front desk was helpful and friendly. There were plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. On this 6 night stay we only had the room cleaned one time and this was less than satisfactory. As the room was warm we requested an extra flat sheet for each twin bed. This would allow us to sleep cooler. When we returned that afternoon the flat sheets were missing and dirty towels were still on the shower floor. A call to the front desk brought the sheets and I chose to make the beds myself. While making the bed I discovered a stained mattress. I think we were both put off by this"

Dla gości kawa, herbata i czajnik elektryczny do samodzielnego przygotowania sobie napojów. Ale jest również hotelowe bistro. Obsługa hotelowa sympatyczna i pomocna we wszystkim, zarówno na recepcji jak i wśród pań pokojowych. Hotel położony w bardzo dobrym punkcie Sofii, zarówno do zabytków, do dworców jaki do centrum."

"The hotel is in a great location. All the best sights of Sofia are within walking distance. There are many restaurants in the area. And it is also close to transit lines. It doesn't have much in amenities but it is easy to access. And the elevator is convenient. The bed was quite comfortable. And there's a grocery store right next to the hotel. All in all, it was a great stay."
