"The hotel itself was nothing like the pictures. The pool was disgusting with a gross film on top of the water, leaves and dirt along the bottom, and the deck was being used as a storage unit. Then the rooms were not nice at all. One wall had a quarter size hole in it, and the bathtub had mold in it. Finally, on the morning we were checking out, they deactivated our key cards long before we were due to check out and the staff was rude when I ask them to reactivate the key so we could get our...
