"I was not able to make my check in time on the first day. The hotel canceled my entire reservation. They were not able to refund what I had prepaid. They were totally booked. I had to find other accommodations after a long trip. The staff was not helpful at all. "

"Room was clean and the breakfast was fresh and delicious! My only complaint about this stay was that the shower door was unhinged when we arrived. The walls are somewhat thin, so keep that in mind. Overall a great place to stay at if youre in need of a room last minute. "

"My room was deactivated without my notice couple of days. I have to come down with all access cards to activated to get in for no reason. Very frustrating, never seen any hotel doing this till now. Hotel staff and process must be fixed first. If some is wrong , have to inform us first by phone. Our wedding stuff is inside the room when this happened. I am the one booked 7 rooms and been mistreated. Hope my feedback help for future customers or blind eye"
