"I had booked a King room with jet tub and balcony and was placed in the furthest hall in a corner on the second floor where you have to walk forever to get to and where there were rooms with conjoined doors. It had its own seperate door for 4 hotel rooms and was excluded from the main part of the hotel. We could hear yelling from the guys next door like they were in the room with us. The room was also not cleaned well. There were rings from drinks on night stands, toothpaste on fronts of bathroom cupboards as well as hair on bathtub and pink mold in the jets and filter of the tub. My boyfriend asked the front desk to move us and they at first acted like there was nothing that could be done besides ask the neighbors to be quiet, which we didn't want done because we didn't want issues with our neighbors. They then agreed to move us to another bigger room on the third floor. As we were walking to our room the halls were full of people drinking alcohol and going from hotel door to door partying and yelling. We walked in our room and there were spills of alcohol or something sticky as soon as you enter the door. We didn't have a balcony like I had payed for nor did we have a King bed. I believe it was a full. Rooms are not very clean for being a 4 star hotel. Ive worked at hotels so the attention to detail should be better in my opinion. I told the front desk about our issues and she said they cant really do much about people making noise but they would address the housekeeping."

"The villas were perfect. Ski in ski out. A nice lobby that offered Starbucks breakfast and coffees, also other foods. The toom was in great shape, the check in process was easy and they were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Location location location and great accommodations. Easy parking and nice hot tubs and pool. Loved the spa and gift shop. Great clothing and accessories "

"7th Heaven is aptly named! We've stayed at several places slope-side at Steamboat, but this place takes the blue ribbon. Exceptional. This is an extraordinarily well-designed, well-kept, two-story condo with a gracious host who went above and beyond to make sure the small creature comforts that make a place feel like home were present for our family. A beautiful view of the mountain, a cozy fireplace, a first-rate kitchen and breakfast bar, and great TV to catch March Madness! We also loved the fact our skis and the Wild Blue Gondola were mere yards from our lobby. Out teens enjoyed the pizza, pool and ping pong tables the property provided. Special thanks to Kelly M. for making our stay so memorable. "

"So convenient to the slopes! Nice outdoor patio bar area with fun staff. Love that they have a pool and hot tub. "

"We booked this property for multiple nights, but unfortunately the host was misleading about the reservation. Instead of being able to stay in one room for our entire booking, we were told we had to check in and out every single day. This was never communicated beforehand, and it made the stay unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient.When we arrived, the first room we were given had a strong smell of smoke, even though it was supposed to be non‑smoking. It was obvious someone had smoked in there recently, and the attempt to cover it up only made it worse.Overall, the lack of transparency and the condition of the first room really took away from what should have been a comfortable stay. I hope the property improves communication and room quality for future guests."

"Skiing was great snow was good up higher and the last day Friday we got snow so it was nice to play in some powder. The condo was pretty good. I was a little bothered that none of the TVs worked. I had to get someone to come in and reprogram it to get it to come on the TV in the bedroom was leaning against the back wall because it was broke off the stand pretty poor for a 5000 a week place."

"Great condo in a perfect location! The condo was very clean and centrally located. You have your own locked ski closet right outside the condo door to conveniently store your gear. You are steps away from the main gondola and best restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again! "
