"This hotel is brand new, so all the facilities are very clean, modern and comfortable. We loved that they have rooms with two king size beds! Breakfast was delicious and parking was easy. Location is perfect! Close to the mountain and downtown, with a pharmacy less than 2 minutes away. "

"The villas were perfect. Ski in ski out. A nice lobby that offered Starbucks breakfast and coffees, also other foods. "There is only 1 centralized hot tub for several apartment buildings so getting into the hot tub is difficult with all of the other residence. The room was listed as ski in/out and it was not due to the lack of snow. Very clean and close to the right of way."

"A previous review from (2) years ago called this unit a time capsule. UPDATE- it hasn't changed, think K Val unit from Hot Tub Time Machine 2. This unit is acceptable for a guys trip, but wouldn't recommend for a couples or family trip. The GOOD-unit relatively clean, walkable to slopes, host communication prompt, incudes parking. The BAD-carpet is years past its replacement date and is dirty and torn, furniture has covers to hide stains and damage, fireplace didn't work and communication to host while acknowledged didn't get fixed, Keurig broken, kitchen limited-only 2 mugs and small glasses and floor is bare concrete. This unit could be great with a relatively small investment in upgrades. Recap- If cheap/convenient is your prevailing motivation this place works, otherwise you may want to look elsewhere"
