If you are looking for a relaxing getaway in the South West corner of WA, then you need to look no further than Ocean View by Margaret River Properties. Surrounded by native flora and shady trees, the property offers an excellent location for guests to explore. You can watch the surfers and waves from the balcony whilst enjoying a local wine, and lunch or dinner BBQs, there is plenty of space for the little ones to play.
The space
Only a short walk to the beach, the property has three sleeping spaces, with a high ceiling in the living and dining area. You will enjoy a simple but roomy house with its best features the amazing location, walk to the local store, head for a surf or quick access to all the Margaret River Region has to offer.

Ocean View consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom, and with the loft can accommodate up to eight people. This is an ideal holiday cottage for one family or a couple. Ocean View is one of the few beach houses in the area that welcome pets.

1. Our Standard Cancellation Policy Applies.
2. Western Australian Lockdown occurs for dates booked: A Full Refund is given or if appropriate future dates can be found the booking will be moved.
3. International and Interstate lockdowns: unfortunately no refunds can be issued and the standard cancellation policy applies.
4. Guest is required to comply with all Government vaccination or testing requirements.

NOTE: You are welcome to bring a maximum of 2 dogs for $35 fee per pet. Pets are permitted by approval only, there is a fee of $35 per night charged separately.
