"I travel to Houma often and I normally stay here for the convenience because it’s close to family. However, it just gets worse every time. Customer service was great but the hotel is run down. The first room we got looked like it hadn’t been clean in months, the lady at the front desk was nice enough to upgrade us but honestly it wasn’t any better. Needless to say, I will no longer book this hotel."
