10/10 Excellent

"Everything was great but there is some structural damage and a coat of paint needed on the 4th floor corridor. Additionally, the first night we got there the pool was extremely dirty so we didn’t get to use it. But staff let us know it would be cleaned later in the week. Overall it was a great experience. The rooms are clean, staff was great, and it’s super convenient because of its location."

"We booked this hotel for 6 nights and had paid extra for a room with a balcony. When we got into our room we couldn’t open the balcony door and found that it was locked and the knob to the lock was missing. Their maintenance came and tried to unlock it with tools but was unsuccessful. We asked to be switched rooms and they told us they didn’t have any other balcony rooms available and directed us to their customer service. Customer service told us all they could do was discount us for 1 night. So we paid extra for an amenity that we couldn’t utilize. While at breakfast one morning we over heard other guests saying that they couldn’t shower for two days because the handle to their shower fell off. During our stay the carpet was being replaced on our floor, which is totally fine, but they should have communicated that to us at check in and warned us that we might be woken up by construction noise next to our room at 7:30am."

"Pretty property with old-world flair, but very worn out and not well-maintained. Spots on furniture, cockroaches, and cats that defecated on the carpet in the snack area. Unfair pricing. We paid the same as our friends for a small, pool-facing room with a tiny bathroom that even didn't have a hook for hand towels or a place for toiletries, while their room and bathroom were spacious and well-stocked. There was no shelf for shampoo in the shower stall. Actually, there was no shampoo and conditioner at all. We were provided only with two small soap discs. Property owners and staff were unfriendly and my complaint was met with smirks and ridicule."
