"The overall property was amazing, I felt safe there almost a small community vibe. We were welcomed with friendly staff. My main complaint was the pool/hot tub area. The opening of the pool/hot tub went from opening monday to wednesday to "hopefully" friday, which we never did get to utilize it due to it not being open so that wasn't exciting. There was another pool to utilize while the other one was under construction BUT I was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub which when making my reservation there was no mention of the pool/hot tub being under construction. My next negative was the mani/pedi option under the spa page options. When calling to make an apt, I was told they don't do that anymore and I could book an apt at a local spa vs at the resort. I felt my added $180 upcharge for amenities was a waste so watch out for that. "

"Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. We even changed room and had a the mattress swapped. Giant sag in the middle of all of them. "

"So close to hiking. My kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was slow because you had to order the continental option. But there was a coffee bar and they made lattes which was great!"

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The spa was clean and massage was great. The place is right in the middle of downtown Sedona. There is a big hill to climb to get to the Main Street but they will drive you in a golf cart if you would like."

"The rooms are good size, beds are comfortable. Location is great, walkable to many things. Breakfast is delicious, staff very nice and accommodating. They had free music one night which was lovely. This was our 2nd stay at Hotel Arabella and we’ll gladly come back again. "
