They tried to resolve the issue but the single digit temps won out. With no hesitation, they issued a refund to us.The loft was top to bottom sparkling clean and showed great attention to detail and thoughtful design. Excellent location as well. Gratitude to their demonstrated professionalism."

"Very nice apartment on the upper floor of a two rental home with shared yard. It was not clear to me that it was upstairs when booking or I likely had taken the downstairs option which appeared vacant. Good comms and they allowed for a late checkout with advance notice. "

"This was a perfect location, in the Rondout neighborhood. The house is cozy, charming and so comfortable. We could walk to our friend's house, to restaurants and the nearby shops. Hopped in the car to head out to apple picking and a great dinner at Chleo uptown. Rebecca and Steven are warm and welcoming, and were very quick to my questions. Can't wait to book my next stay there!"
