"The location was amazing! just a few blocks away form the some great shops and cafes and bars and restaurants. The house was a nice historic home with a lot of charm. They were working on some renovations so there was some construction materials in the parking area but we did not have any noise issues or issues with the work they were doing in another unit. The folks there that helped us were very responsive and friendly. This place it a great for a small family or two couples. A nice space with a usable kitchen area and two bedrooms with one very nice bathroom. I would recommend anyone staying in Kington to look at this home."

"Had never stayed on a houseboat before and I have no regrets. Hosts were great, giving a quick tour and rundown of how things work when we arrived. Inside the cabin is quiet and cozy at night, and hanging out on the deck up top was a highlight of the trip."

"This home was perfect long-weekend accommodation for our family of six adults (and our small fur baby). It is as advertised: clean, comfortable, and convenient, with plenty of space, equipped kitchen, and easy off-street parking just around the corner from the main drag of Kingston. Highly recommend."

"We loved the place and the location - lots of good restaurants and shops in walking distance, and an easy drive to other parts of town. Check in and out was very easy, and Rebecca was very good with communications. The kitchen was well stocked and cooking/grilling is a great option. The tv is huge! Great for watching world cup soccer. All in all, a great visit."

"This place was great. It’s HUGE! Very modern, beautiful kitchen and bathroom, and convenient location. My only (very small) complaint is that the floors were really creaky. I shared this rental with a friend and I was afraid the sound of me walking to the bathroom would wake her up. It’s a minor thing but was quite noticeable. All in all great stay."

"Alena and Brad are wonderful hosts. The house is absolutely beautiful and excellently decorated. They provide everything needed plus some - shampoo, coffee, access to a washer/dryer, etc. I had to reach out to Alena and Brad, even though I try not to bother hosts, but they were very responsive and helpful. Will definitely look to stay here again next time I’m in Kingston visiting family."
