"This hotel submitted a no show charge on my CC even thou we checked in at 7pm on the day we were supposed to and paided in full when checked out. And they still submitted a no show charge from expedia and we have had nothing but issues trying to get it refunded. "

"The hotel was beautiful. Very clean, spacious. The negative was the breakfast. There was very little food for 8 am in the morning. Nothing was replenished. There was a man working in the kitchen but not replenishing any hot food. People were coming in to eat but there wasn't any thing there. A shame because the hotel was wonderful. They should be better at breakfast
