We had our dog and they are super pet friendly. In a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby staff was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfy

We were very pleased with our stay. The place felt new and was so nicely decorated for the holiday! It felt cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty, my girls loved making their own waffles (bonus seasonal flavor!). I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and fluffy scrambled eggs. We had a peaceful rest in comfortable beds and weren't disturbed by the highway. There are lots of convenient places to eat and shop at. I chose this location because of close proximity to a mall and a roller skate rink!

Only stayed one evening. New facility was nice, clean. Close to multiple restaurants, downtown, and US 70. Had to wait five minutes or better to get service to check in, but rest of experience was fine including a decent breakfast.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Our microwave was not working. I needed to warm a cold/hot pack as part of a wrist rehab. The desk host let me use the breakfast microwave and said ours would be ready for the next day. That was done quickly. Thank you! Another note. If you have ever traveled and encountered bed bugs, that can be quite an ordeal. I checked the mattresses, and precautions (mattress covers) have been taken to keep that issue at a minimum. That is very important to me. Breakfast was good, our room was cleaned well, and noise was kept to a minimum as well. I would highly recommend this Best Western Plus.

2nd stay here. Friendly reception. Last year they were remodeling. All finished and really nice clean inviting place. Very dog friendly with a nice place to take them without bothering the other guests. Will stay here again.

This is a recently renovated property. I found the bed too stiff, but my wife liked it. The shower room vents well enough, but the sliding glass doors tend to open themselves while you are showering. There are no night lights in the bathroom, but I bring my own because that is often the case. The breakfast that morning was a bit limited compared to other such chains, but it was adequate for both of us. So, the place isn't quite worthy of a "5" but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
