"Well I try not to be a negative person. You requested my rating. I should get a refund for the 2 nights I stayed there. Check-in: No info on pool hours or breakfast hours. The pool was freezing. Both nights I stayed there the fire alarm went off around 1 a.m. Young children running wild and extremely load and obviously no supervision and staff did nothing. This hotel is cheap in price for a reason it is horrible."

TV initially didn’t work; figured out that the cable plug wasn’t tight enough. No one was at the front desk to check out with. "
