"Really good place to stay close to everything "

"I don’t EVER leave reviews but I have to leave a review for Chaiya Palace! This was one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at! The room was gorgeous and extremely clean. Housekeeping came everyday and they truly did an excellent job. It was so nice coming back to our beautifully made/cleaned room after a long day of adventuring. Next, the breakfast was authentic and so delicious! As a bonus, you get to eat breakfast with incredible views all around. Lastly, the staff were exceptional. My husband and I were so grateful at how helpful the front desk staff were. They answered all our questions and even helped us book a rental car. I implore you to stay at this hotel! You will have the best experience as well die. As I mentioned before, I don’t leave reviews unless a hotel really blows me away and this one truly did. "

"Clean hotel, friendly staffs and great location. Walkable to kabko market, exercise park and Aeon1 mall. Next to bassac street with a lot of restaurants around. Just small advice after taking shower use the water hose to clean the shower area to avoid the bad smell."

"Centrally located and close to everything. The AC system could do with improvement. I don't know if the AC is connected, but some of the mainland Chinese guests must be smoking in their rooms and that will finish off recirculating and going right through the ACs in the other rooms. And it's very much on the strong side that sleeping through it was a little unpleasant at time. Other than that, the staff were lovely, breakfast was plentiful and filling. The pool have a 360 view and the bar staff were more than accommodating."

"Very bohemian and trendy with a library and an almost imposingly eco-friendly atmosphere with signs about how to dispose of everything, yet the drain in the shower was somewhat slow and overflowing (gross), which from an eco standpoint is rather ironic. The room was comfortable, yet small, and the furnishings were not as new as some other properties. The atmosphere was quiet within the hotel, and the guests were respectful and quiet, but the property next door was under construction, and there was about three hours of drilling and sawing going on each day, luckily ending around 6 pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful - quite impressive. Overall, it was a unique boutique hotel that seems to try hard to appeal to the environmentally-conscious traveler."
