Não limparam meu quarto, saí cedo, deixei a chave e pedi pra limparem e quando cheguei não estava limpo. A cama também não é muito confortável. "We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "
