Great hotel! Clean, Very helpful staff!! Great rooftop restaurant. Yummy food. My only complaint was having glass doors for the toilet and the shower area for the bedrooms on the last floor. Not private.

My stay at the Bara Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and very well maintained you can feel the care they put into every detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. The bed was extremely cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and everything worked perfectly. I also loved the breakfast fresh, delicious, with plenty of options. The location is excellent and safe, with easy access to everything I needed. The hotel feels peaceful and organized, which made my stay even better. I highly recommend Bara Hotel. It’s a place where you feel cared for, relaxed, and very welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

During my recent business trip to a research conference in João Pessoa, Brazil, I stayed at the Ba'ra Hotel. The hotel is near the beach, and there are many activities nearby, such as shopping and dining. The rooms were very nice, the gym was good, and the breakfast buffet was tasty, offering a range of items, including vegetarian options. I had to stay for an extended time, and my experience was terrific, largely thanks to the friendly and fantastic staff, including Lorena, Bruno, Poloma, Daniela, Carmen, Denis, Eric, Rafael, and Samira! They were extremely helpful in securing transportation, recommending dining options, and sharing insights into Brazilian culture, which made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to returning to Brazil and will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Hotel facing the beach in João Pessoa. This was my first time in this hotel with my Fiancé and we loved it. The restaurant has a nice decoration as the hotel with lots of plants and trees. Food is very good. The gym and pool are also great. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is very polite, friendly, always available to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's an excellent hotel, expecialy the staff which are great and kind. Unfortunately, the pool is too small and the place for take drinks and have some fun almost inexistent. Very good for business travelers.

Nice hotel but located on a busy and noisy area

It is a charming and comfortable hotel. I booked a room with sea view, but given the events and the pedestrian street in front of the hotel, I barely got to enjoy it. They also claim that the windows are soundproofed, but in truth the street noise was incredibly high and at some moments sleep disturbing

Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. Overall, I was pleased and would stay again at this hotel.

I have stayed here since they first opened. The last two times I stayed here I had issues and I will be taking a break and staying elsewhere until they improve the quality again. Most of the staff are nice, the rooms are dirty ie. shower was plugged, there were crushed up Oreos or some type of cookie under the sheets and they randomly give you rooms. Do not expect to get a room with a view, even if you order this and even if the hotel explains that every room has a view .
