9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (60 reviews)
"The property is fairly ne,w only 3 months old at this time, so here's a quick feedback: Wi-Fi on the 6th is very poor, no instructions on how to turn on the AC in the room (it looks on, but you have to really look), Hot Water was not working at night, the area around the swiming pool is very splipery, and no warning signs around the pool so people won't climb around glass wall. Besides that, it's a great place to stay with your family and friends. "

"Ficamos no quarto standart. O banheiro estava cheirando esgoto (não era cheiro de banheiro sujo). A torneira da pia está mal posicionada e a água escapa para os lados e molha o banheiro. O colchão é mole demais (parecia que o forro está solto) e o lençol não parava no lugar. O buffet do café tinha moscas demais, o que me incomodou um pouco."

Frequently asked questions

What other neighbourhoods are similar to Praia Das Cigarras?
While Praia Das Cigarras offers a unique blend of natural beauty and a relaxed atmosphere, for those seeking similar experiences in São Paulo State, areas like Juquehy and Maresias provide comparable quality and convenience.

Juquehy, located on the northern coast, is known for its beautiful, calm beaches and a more secluded feel. It's a great option for couples looking for a tranquil escape, with many boutique hotels and private villas tucked away amidst lush greenery. The main street, Avenida Mãe Bernarda, features a selection of quality restaurants and charming shops without the bustling crowds found in larger towns.

Maresias, a bit further north, offers a more energetic yet still upscale beach experience, particularly appealing to younger couples or those who appreciate a livelier atmosphere. The beach is famous for its waves, attracting surfers, but there are also plenty of sophisticated beach clubs and restaurants along Avenida Francisco Loup.
When is the best time to go to Praia Das Cigarras?
The best time to go to Praia Das Cigarras is during the Brazilian summer, from December to March, for warm weather and lively beach activities, or in the shoulder seasons of April-May and September-November for a more peaceful experience with pleasant temperatures.

For those seeking the quintessential Brazilian beach holiday with plenty of sunshine and a bustling atmosphere, December to March is ideal. During these months, the weather is consistently warm, great for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying water sports. This period aligns with local holidays, so the area will be more crowded, with many shops and restaurants fully operational.

If you prefer a quieter trip with comfortable temperatures, consider visiting during the shoulder seasons of April to May or September to November. The weather is still very pleasant, with less humidity than the peak summer months, making it great for relaxing on the beach or exploring the local area without the larger crowds.
