Excelente hotel

Adoramos o hotel, surpreendeu positivamente, não conheciamos ainda e gostamos muito da hospedagem. Quarto amplo e limpo, hotel todo com manutenção excelente, tudo muito bem cuidado. Café da manhã muito gostoso, atendimento dos funcionários, infraestrutura pra praia..tudo ótimo!

No geral a estadia foi bom, hotel antigo mas com acomodações em bom estado. Atendimento na recepção um pouco ríspido e sem muita cordialidade. Café da manhã muito bom, com muita variedade. Atendimento na área da praia e piscina foi bom, com funcionários bastante solícitos. Piscina muito gostosa. No geral foi uma boa experiência, pecando apenas no atendimento na recepção e o banheiro do quarto exalava um pouco de cheiro de esgoto.

Verdadeiro descanso

A experiência foi a melhor possível, primeiro hotel que vou que é realmente pet friendly. Você pode ir à piscina com o pet, tem local externo para tomar café da manhã com o pet e em caso de chuva há um lugar separado para isso. Fora a tranquilidade, mesmo o hotel sendo tão próximo da vila. A comida do restaurante é muito boa. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos do hotel. Com certeza voltaria.

Excelente opção de estadia na Ilhabela

A estrutura do Hotel é excelente e com bela decoração. A área do Spa é bem montada e coroada pela agradável piscina climatizada. Existem pequenos detalhes que podem ser melhorados, como deixar o rejunte do piso do banheiro branquinho e revisar as torneiras para tornar mais leve o abrir e fechar. Indico o Hotel.

Lamentablemente dejé en la caja, fuerte el dinero y entregue la, habitación una hora, antes del checkout. Permanecí en el lobby y a la, hora, aparecieron dos funcionarios de limpieza con mi monedero. Tenía las llaves, pero me robaron 700 dólares. Obvio vino la Policía, pero ellos negaron todo. Y el dueño del hotel decía, que nunca había pasado. Pero me pasó, No. Voy a ser tan mala, persona, de pretender q dos trabajadores me regalaran esa suma. Lamentable. Mucho cuidado con dejar cosas en la, caja, fuerte. Ellos tienen forma de abrirla. X algo aprecio monedero una hora, después y vacío.

Excelente Hotel.

Estadia incrível. Quarto muito confortável, roupas de cama e banho novos e de alta qualidade. Café da manhã muito farto e variado. Piscinas externa e interna aquecida muito bem cuidadas. Por ser de frente para praia, o visual da natureza é estonteante. Valeu muito a pena a hospedagem. A distância do centro histórico (700m) permite chegar na caminhada, de forma que só usamos o carro na hora de partir.

The rooms should be more illuminated and also have smart TVs according to the times, for a better entertainment system since it has few and boring channels, the internet in the restaurant did not exist. The staff as always very friendly and the food of a very good quality.

Se hospedar no Itapemar é simplesmente excelente. A localização é privilegiada, próxima ao centro histórico permite fácil acesso aos bares para entretenimento do final da tarde ao fim da noite. O hotel recebe passageiros com PET e prestam excelente estrutura, sem contar que os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos com nossos animais.

NO VAYAN A ESE HOTEL

Antes de llegar a hospedarnos quisimos cancelar la estadía, de Hoteles.com nos tuvieron una hora en el teléfono, después de una hora dijo que hoteles no cobraba nada, y esperaba confirmación del hotel, nunca mas nos devolvió la llamada, pésimo ya desde Hoteles.com, llame directamente al Hotel y no solo me dijeron que si cancelaba me cobraban una noche sino que la estadía completa!!! Ridículo Al sacar una tarjeta de la habitación que se fue abajo de la tv recibí una descarga eléctrica tremenda que casi me mata, al reclamarle a la Gerente me dijo que si que seguro se salió el enchufe y nada mas una disculpa como si no hubiera sido grave..., y ni siquiera fue capaz de tener la mínima atención con nosotros.... Sin ningún tipo de protección, un riesgo para chicos y grandes, pero para cobrar la estadía no hay ningún problema. Vergonzoso!!! La atención de Hoteles.com telefónica para reclamos es vergonzosa y no solucionan nada!!!!

This is a beautiful place and, the location is prime. However, we did not have a very good experience with the personal working at reception area from start-to-finish. One last thing, the WI-FI is just terrible. Everything else is magnificent.. e.g Spa, pool area, restaurant, Beach access, etc.
