Do not accidentally leave the key in the door
The hotel was lovely, great location. The only disadvantage was the experience with the checkout. The receptionist was extremely rude when we said we had accidentally left the key inside the door and they asked us to pay a £35 fee.The doors havent got door handles that worked so could not get back in.

October 2023. I very much enjoyed my stay a nice clean room, 5 minute walk to the Astronomical Clock and 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge, plenty of eating and drinking establishments for all tastes and access to public transport close by. Would definitely book there again

Staff was so nice and helpful! Room was excellent and just as the pictures showed. It was so close to shopping and tourists attractions

Great property, great location. Safe, friendly and welcoming. Old fashioned hotel. Few amenities eg no air conditioning. Would recommend though for its cleanliness and location.

There was a strike at the airport at my next destination so I needed to check yeti days early to avoid getting stuck. The hotel refused to reimburse me!!!

Love the Location
The key lock to the room is very difficult to open, which created a lot of noise when people try to open the door. The mattress is a bit soft. Apart from that , the location is the best for everything. The place is very clean and cheap to stay. All in all Love. Will recommend for all to stay here.

Don’t do it!
We toured five countries on this trip and this room was the worst! The hotel was down a 1 way street with no parking to check in or unload and then we were told that the parking they said they have for us was across town. Supposedly it was an 8 minute walk! Don’t believe them! Especially if you have someone in your party who is semi disabled. The room was either freezing cold or so hot you can’t sleep! Nobody at the front desk can or would give any information. It was disappoint to say the least. We had to drag our luggage from across town at the parking garage which we had no access to. When we got back to the hotel with our luggage, we had to carry them up stair to the elevator and from the elevator as it only stoped between floors!

We had an amazing stay! The only down side was that the elevated inly started on the second level so we had to carry our bog suitcases up the flights of steps. Also, we had a two bedroom and it was very small. No room to open all of our suitcases. Otherwise it was wonderful clean and pretty

Great location. Rooms have high ceilings and skylights. Be prepared to walk up at least two flights of stairs with your luggage - the elevators open on landings between each floor. Also, be prepared to learn how to use keys that don't quite work - a lot of pushing or pulling on the door to get it to open.

You show different pic of hotel. Elevator is not in the first floor and we have use escalators. We not stay there full time. We cancel reservation nexr day. Don't stay one night. The lady in reception when we go cancel was no nice,etc.,etc.

Great Value - Amazing Location and Experience
This was probably my favorite hotel room of my stay. Although it was fairly inexpensive, it was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the WiFi was great. Also, the location was supurb - I was in the middle of the Jewish quarter and maybe two blocks to old town. It would be hard to do better than this!

Location of the hotel is amazing just near the downtown, the touristic areas and quiet. The interior is obviously new and nice. No room service as they don’t have a kitchen or restaurant to serve, so I believe adding this service would be an add value to the hotel.

Nice decor in the room & nice location, within 10-20 minute walk of sights. Glad that we were able to leave our luggage in the lobby until our transportation so that we could explore Prague a bit more. Check in was awkward as the receptionist bypassed us to check in the people behind us, then didn’t tell us anything about how the keys work, like that the front door to the hotel would be locked when we got back from dinner so we were stuck trying the keys on the wrong door until someone walked by finally and told us there was a side door we could use. Or what the wifi password was. There was a bit of a bug problem in the room with tiny gnat things attracted to the lights, plus no A/C, but it was cool enough so it didn’t matter. Another odd thing was the elevator stopping between floors, so you still have to bring your suitcase up some stairs. Probably would not stay here again to be honest.

Good Stay, Convenient for Tourism
Great service, everyone was so kind! There is a mini fridge and Nespresso which was absolutely necessary with our long days on our feet. The bed was extremely comfortable, water pressure was great, and the room although small, had a great view and the space was well utilized. They held our luggage both before and after check in which was extremely helpful. The location was great for touristic activities and amazing food. Be aware that the public transit was about 8 min of cobblestone which was a bit much with our tired legs and huge backpacks. We opted in for a Bolt as they are ridiculously cheap in comparison to our American equivalent Uber and Lyft. Also, there were only 6 nespresso pods, with a 3 day stay it was not enough for us. They didn't have any extra to offer so we ended up walking to the Nespresso store (3 min walk) to purchase more.

The Perfect Hotel
Stayed for just 2 nights in March had booked a double too. But got given a room that had 2 bedrooms! The rooms were perfectly kept and immaculate. Location was fantastic with just a 5 minute walk to the main square

Excellent location, less than 10mins from the metro, less than 10mins into the old town square and so pretty close to everything really. It’s Still a new property and it’s well maintained & very clean. Maybe a kettle in the room will be good as there is only an Nespresso. Also on my check in, the lady who served me did not give me much information. However as I was checking out, the lady on reception that day - Linda, I could hear her giving a lot of information to those checking in, telling guests who were checking in what’s charged for in the room, which other doors they could use to come in or go out, what you could use for free- eg I didn’t know I could use the Nespresso for free etc, or at least put signs / note in the room , same as for the bottle of tap water as some restaurants in Prague charge you for tap water. So just those little details but overall I had a wonderful stay. Bed was comfy but pillows were ok-ish. Excellent on cleanliness. & Linda keep smiling

Amazing location and found staff to be very, very helpful! The hotel, I assume, is new as there was a lot of work going on to install a lift. This work never ever disturbed us! Would stay here again if we are ever in Prague.

Clean, nice, affordable, would stay again. Unfortunately they had building work and they charged far too much for mini bar, if they charged less for that I am sure they would make the guest happier and sell more. loved the netflix tv.

The property was in a great location and check-in was very easy. The rooms were also a nice size and were clean and had nice finishes. The downsides are that the walls are incredibly thin and you can hear all of the noises in the hallway and in other rooms.

A great stay! The hotel is in a spot on location for access to the old town and the bridges to the other side of the city which makes this area nice and quiet but 5 minutes walk to all the things you need. The reception and rooms are spotless and the staff are friendly. Overall nothing I would change, just book it!
