Quality traditional Czech hotel....like the fact that it wasn't all trendy, just quality.

Very comfortable stay..

Very clean, large room with all the necessary stuff, especially kettle and coffee tea we had lovely three nights. Nothing to say wrong. We enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were very good helpful. Would recommend to friends and family.

The location is excellent with easy proximity to the Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge and Old Town on foot. Excellent breakfast each morning. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are quite spacious. I felt very safe in Prague at all times and still did not appreciate the hotel had no one at the desk after 8pm. There was entry to the hotel with your room key after hours which felt a little unsettling as a woman traveling solo.

Favorite Hotel in Prague
Posted 25 Oct. 2023 on HotelsThis was easily my favorite hotel I stayed in on this trip. Excellent staff all around, especially the gent at the front desk. Very helpful. The bathroom was bigger than the entire hotel room I stayed in while in the old town area. Great location, price, and amenities. the breakfast was awesome.

Great and spacious place to stay
Posted 25 Oct. 2022 on HotelsJan at the reception desk was wonderful, so helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make our stay the best. The hotel room was so spacious, the breakfast was more than your standard continental breakfast. Great time, great location, walking distance to Prague Castle and St Charles Bridge and the US Embassy. I would definitely come back !

Made to feel very welcome, staff are friendly and very helpful as well. Hotel building is lovely as are the rooms. Can't wait to go back!

The hotel is in a great location, a quiet street with easy access to downtown Prague. However, my room was on the fifth floor and in the eaves which made it hard to stand up on one side and was dark. I did see some of the other rooms on the lower floors while they were being cleaned and they were quite nice. Perhaps the fact that I booked through Orbitz determined the room I got. The staff were very nice but there was no one on the desk after 8pm.
