"Very friendly and helpful house manager who set up TV in another room given my room was taken Lucky he was there and door was open on arrival however as otherwise would have been tragic as no idea how I would have got in and my room had been double booked with clients already in and if any issues, no idea where he is to get hold of which was the case later as I had no towels so was leant one from another room. "We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. "

"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "
