Property is lovely but would not be suitable for elderly or those with hip or knee impairments as lots of stairs. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast location has an absolutely stunning view with friendly staff. Only negative was the shower … poor design, very small, no shelving.

We had the loveliest time at Ville Principe Giovanni! The location was perfect, close to everything but in a quieter residential area. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of and welcome. Cannot recommend enough!

This hotel was amazing. Staff were especially lovely. Alejandro was the best breakfast morning manager and Emmanuel in the evening for dinners. Great AC and the accommodations were great. WiFi very good. Lots of steps to find this hotel. Map it out before you arrive!!

Very nice location / view

Very nice location, great view over the sea / bay. Quite a lot of stairs, be prepared for that. Old house, you will hear everything that happens in the hall / other rooms quite well, and no dark curtains (sun gets into your room from early morning) / do not expect to sleep long in the morning.

This place was such a great find in Positano. The Villa is an extension of a bigger, luxurious hotel just up the path, and the amazing staff at the hotel treat you like any other guest (but you pay much less). Breakfast on the glorious terrace is amazing, buffet food and table service for coffees. The room was made up every day. There were porters to help with your luggage on arrival and departure. You’re on the edge of town, which I enjoyed - a lovely wander down into the heart of Positano, or you’re really well located to walk down to Fornillo beach for a swim. Recommend to reach out to the hotel for specific instructions on arrival depending how you get to Positano - it’s easy once you’re there but hard to understand from the map. My room was compact but very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay here. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the views from our balcony were stunning. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the top of the hill, but it was easy to walk to and from the town via the main road.

An excellent Hotel in Positano

Villa Principe Giovanni / Conca D'Oro is a super nice Hotel. Location is perfect. Very quiet, and the Sea View is amazing. Totally worth. Having a glass of wine, dinner and the balcany was an amazing experience. Super comformtable and the hotel service is very good.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff. The room has fantastic view with a big terrace. Very close to the town centre. Room was very clean and the bathroom has Jacuzzi... Over all we had a very good experience. I would defiantly recommend this hotel.
