  • Nice air-conditioned studio, consisting of a space of about 20m² with an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven opening onto a beautiful living space, with dining table and chairs. For the night a very comfortable sofa bed will welcome you for a well-deserved rest.
    In the extension a private terrace with chairs, table and parasol.
    The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity unit, with hairdryer.
    A barbecue, outside, is at your disposal, to share with the other tenants.
    Indeed the studio is adjoining, on the ground floor of a villa (owner) in a residence of 5 apartments, near the RT 10, at the entrance of the village of Précojo.
    You will be, by car, 10 minutes from Porto Vecchio, 15 minutes from Palombaggia and Santa Giulia and 25 minutes from Bonifacio.
    The location is strategic between the beach, the city and the mountains.
    Bed linen and towels, as well as a bath mat, are provided.
