Ideally located, 5 minutes walk from the marina and 10 from the historic city center, it is a beautiful granite house in a large garden with swimming pool. The house is spacious, it is on two floors, the place is quiet. It has been completely restored and redecorated to current trends. Your teens will be able to move independently. You are halfway between the beaches of the North and those of the South. You can do your shopping on foot (near the small casino, the best bakery in town). Everyone will find their corner both inside and outside. You can find yourself in the shade on the large terrace around a superb table. 3000 m2 in the city ... sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 2 extra beds in the ground floor lounge

Great Summer Holidays

We spent two weeks with two families in this wonderful villa. Everything was very nice, especially the outside area with the beautiful pool. The distance to the old town and marina was good to manage on foot. We would love to come again for holidays.

Maison tres bien entretenue, avec des matériaux de qualité, propre, avec un extérieur magnifique et super bien agencé, avec plein de petits recoins pour pouvoir profiter du calme du voisinage. Grande piscine, au sel, et transats de très haute qualité (Lafuma). Barbecue et plancha, boules et fléchettes , possibilité d’une dizaine de couchages, grande table de repas extérieur me, étage du bas possible de privatiser limite pour une grande famille. Nous recommandons aussi pour son emplacement (10 minutes a pied du port 15 minutes du haut de la vieille ville) parfait si vous ne voulez plus conduire après manger. On retiendra l’adresse. Nous sommes venus délibérer pour choisir un prix littéraire. La maison était parfaite pour recevoir notre groupe et quelques conjoints. Le temps idéal nous a permis de délibérer tranquillement sur la terrasse. Le jardin permet des moments isolés, tranquilles, seul ou à quelques uns et la piscine était la cerise sur le gâteau. Nous avons aussi profité des jeux extérieurs à disposition. Enfin la maison est située entre hauteur de la ville et le port en bas, parfait pour tout faire à pied. Les plages, superbes sont accessibles rapidement.

Grosses Haus mit fantastischem Garten

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen (weniger als 10 minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen, etwas mehr als 10 ins Zentrum), die Räume sind sehr grosszügug und gut ausgestattet. Auch der TV funktionierte wie das WLAN auf Anhieb, in wirklich allen Räumen gab es Klimaanlage. Hervorzuheben ist neben dem Pool mit ausreichend Liegestühlen der grossartige Garten mit Felsen, kleinem Teich, mehreren Ruheoasen (u.a. Hängematte), einem Dartplatz und einem Bouleplatz, der abends beleuchtet werden kann. Uns wurde von den Eigentümern alles detailliert gezeigt und weitere Tipps gegeben. Einzig mühsam der recht weite Weg zu den diversen Mülltonnen an der Strasse. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier.

Prachtige accomodatie

Erg mooi huis op n zeer goede locatie. Dichtbij de haven (10 min wandeling) en dichtbij oude centrum (15 min wandeling). Alles is aanwezig, heerlijke tuin en terras, ruim zwembad, goed werkende keuken. Ik zou dit huis aan iedereen aanraden.

Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons passé un séjour à 8 des plus agréable dans la villa. Nous avons pu profiter chaque jour de la piscine entretenu régulièrement durant notre séjour ainsi que du terrain de pétanque et du magnifique jardin entourant la propriété. La maison est très bien équipée tant du point de vue de la cuisine que des clims équipant chaque chambre.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille absolument délicieuse dans cette villa qui présente de nombreux atouts: les extérieurs sont très agréables et très bien aménagés, l'intérieur offre la possibilité de séparer les espaces ce qui permet de donner un peu d'air lors de séjours à plusieurs. Hormis quelques grincements de porte et des points de détails de ce type, cette villa est vraiment idyllique. Un grand merci aussi à Colette et sa sœur pour l'accueil.

Wunderschönes Anwesen in zentraler Lage

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Haus. Der Garten ist sehr groß, mit viel Liebe gestaltet und am Hang gelegen. Es gibt mehrere wunderschöne Plätze, an denen man sich niederlassen kann. Der Pool mit ca. 10 x 4 Metern ist perfekt um ihn auch mit mehreren Personen nutzen zu können. Der Kontakt mit Colette’s Schwester Mireille lief perfekt. Ich kann Gastgeber und Haus nur empfehlen

Idéale pour des vacances en famille et idéalement située!

Idéalement située la maison offre des espaces de detente très agreable en interieur et extérieur dans un jardin fleuri et entretenu. La grande piscine permet de vrai moment de jeu ou de détente à chaque heure la journée et même en soirée. Avec un peu de rafraîchissement des espaces et chambres du RDC cette propriété serait parfaite pour accueillir 2 familles ! Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur acceuil!
