Redecorated with modern finesse in 2022, our single-storey villa stands as a haven of peace just 5 minutes from the dynamism of Porto Vecchio and 6 minutes from the paradisiacal shores of Calarossa. and a few steps from emblematic places such as the restaurant Le Figuier and the Super U, it benefits from a privileged location.

In the heart of a private development, our villa is distinguished by its private garden of 1300 m2, a luxury cubic design, and a terrace suspended in the rocks that invites you to immerse yourself in an exceptional natural setting. The living room, open and bright, with its equipped kitchen and contemporary furniture, is the scene of moments of sharing and conviviality.

The living space is completed by:
- An air-conditioned living room, equipped with comfortable sofas, TNT television, PS4, DVD, and more, for entertaining evenings.
- A welcoming dining room, facing a fully equipped American kitchen, promising memorable meals.
